A button on Email Notification

    I am familiar with the Edit Link in the email notification that is sent when a submission is entered.

    However, I would like for the user to be able to simply click a button to send an acknowledgement.

    For example;

    We received your request.! Would you like a call back?

    Click Button to send response.

    I am trying to avoid the need for the user to wait for a relatively large lengthy form to fill a smartphone screen and then have the person scroll through the questins to check a box and then click the submit button.

    Short of complicated programming, is there any way, or any trick, to put a button in that email that will process all that?

    No, but you could hide all fields in edit URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

    And just show the question the user will check to let you know that he wants a call back:

    In that way the user won't have to scroll all the way down. Please see this guide to accomplish it: https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL

    Also, make sure to set the "Clear hidden fields values" setting to "Don't clear" to avoid losing the information:
