How to have all forms turned into the same email address

Hello,

I am being notified about some of my forms (when filled by clients)  in one email, some others into another email. How can I set them all to turn into the same email address? And for security reasons, i need only the first part of it be showing in email, the rest I can download from Jotform which keeps things HIPPA compliant.

- The following forms have email recipients different from info@feelinggoodtherapy.com

http://www.jotform.us/form/60694926540159 --> sends to drdashtban@gmail.com

http://www.jotform.us/form/42891164723155 --> sends to drdashtban@medicalpsychologyservice.com and pknight.mbs@gmail.com

You need to edit their email notifications to change the email recipients as shown below.

And for security reasons, i need only the first part of it be showing in email, the rest I can download from Jotform which keeps things HIPPA compliant.
