Downgrading account to free

    Hi there,

    My renewal date for the paid plan is 20th of the month - which I note I pay UP FRONT for...

    I've tried to downgrade this today- before the renewal date - only to see that it will go ahead and take another months payment for the next month! - a month's usage I do not need.

    I only upgraded for a short period for an event, which has now taken place and no more tickets will be sold.

    Please can you confirm that the downgrade to the free account will take place with immediate effect, and that no furher payments will be taken.

    Hello madhatters,

    I did check your account and found that you have tried to cancel your bronze monthly subscription earlier today. 

    Since your bronze monthly subscription was paid through PayPal account, it needs to be cancelled from your own PayPal account. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to cancel PayPal subscription:  https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
