I would like to change my username since I see that when the email gets sent out that it register the username on the email adressn (ie firehawk23). If that is the case then I would rather change it to Propcare which is available. Could you please assist me since I tried to change it or set up a new account but to no avail.

I'm not sure what you meant on this statement:

As far as I know, the username of your JotForm account is not displayed in email alerts. However, if you wish to edit your email alert settings, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings.
The only time I see the username is when you set up a custom URL on your form. Here's a guide about that feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form.
If you still wish to change your username, please let us know and we will change it from firehawk23 to Propcare.

Thank you for your prompt response. The username firehawk23 showed up on my Mac's email inbox when I've send a test email to one of my other email addresses. I can always send a screenshot if you like.
However I think the best would be in any case to change the username to Propcare which is afterall the company's name. Thanks so much
