How do I access billing information from my profile?

    I recently deactivated my credit card and need to update the new information. I can't find anywhere in my profile that would allow that action.

    Please notify me right away so I can take care of this before my account is suspended. Thank you very much.

    I checked for accounts associated with your email address and it looks like there are two accounts.  Your current account trishripp is the account you upgrade today but this account does not have any forms. 

    The other account is wuhsimcenter and I believe that is the account for which you are trying to update the billing information.  Log out of your current account then log back in with the username "wuhsimcenter", without the quotes.  That will log you in to the correct account.  You can then update your credit card from the following page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Let us know if you would like for us to refund the subscription applied to the trishripp account and we can take care of that for you.

    I have no idea what the password is for the wuhsimcenter. Could you please switch the billing information from trishripp to wuhsimcenter. I cannot risk this account being deactivated!! Thanks so much for your help!!

    Unfortunately, we cannot transfer billing information from one account to another.  You can send the password reset email for that account to your current email address by using the username wuhsimcenter at the password reset screen.
