Keep data in form for next person to continue

I created a form for student evaluations, it has three sections, one for the student, one for a faculty member and one for a program director. I would like to know if it is possible to keep the data through all 3 submissions.

For example if a student fills the form and submits, when the faculty sees it, is it possible for them to see student data as well? I have auto fill enabled but it doesn't seem to keep the data. 

I would like to find a way for the data to be populated in the proper section of each form - the faculty should be able to see student data and the director should see both faculty and student.

That is possible, you just need to send the edit link of that submission in a notification, so faculty member, and the program director can see the whole submission.
