Hi, I recently reached the limit on the amount of payments I can receive through my free account (10 payments a month) and I was informed that my account would be disabled. I was wondering if next month, my free account will be opened again automatically or if I have exceeded the amount of space permanently. Thank you!

For FREE accounts, submissions with payment is maxed at 10 submissions per month. The counter does reset to zero(0) every 1st day of the month.

Your account is currently in Overlimit Status due to exceeded limit in payment submissions. It means the account will no longer be able to receive new incoming submissions from the forms.
To immediately reactivate the account, you can upgrade to the next higher plan for expanded submission limits.
Or if you can wait for the next month reset, it will clear the overlimit status and will activate again.
