I am unable to login to my account.

    Step 2 – I’m having problem to log on to the tool. It tries to log on, and without any errors. But it just bounces back to the log on site. See attached video.

    Hello skiboy,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are unable to login to your JotForm account?

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to sign in to your JotForm account. I am also unable to check the video you have shared. I would suggest you to please upload the video to youtube or any other website and then share the URL with us. Alternatively you can also share the screenshot of the issue and we will take a look.
