Would like the email notifications to look like the form

I created the from the way you suggested. It is at the link below. When filled out however, the email I receive looks nothing like the form that was filled out. I need to receive the email of the filled out form looking like the one that was filled out. How can I do this?

Our form notification and autoresponder emails are always customizable. If you want the email format to looks like the front view of the form, you can style it using the available formatting tools in the settings. However, a little knowledge about HTML is required in order to do that. Unfortunately, we don't have set of pre-formatted email templates.
