Authorize.net not verifying

    I can verify my Authorize.net account w/ the right credentials, but the check is in gray instead of green. Also every time i leave the form to go to the main Jotform screen then come back into that form, the credentials have disappeared. What am I doing wrong?

    I checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are encountering. Can you try to create a new transaction key and use the newly created transaction key on the field and see if this will fix the issue? I also cleared your account's form cache. If the issue still persists, please try to remove the field and set it up again.

    Hey Chriistian, thanks for the advice. I have removed the field, made a new field, made a new form, none of those work. Not sure what could be wrong or what the next step is.

    I have checked your JotForm and tried verifying the Authorize.net account with the existing keys which worked fine. As I close and open the form again, they are displaying normally in the payment wizard. Also, as I tried to submit the form, I was able to submit the form with test credit card number without any issue. Could you check the form once again and let us know if you need any further assistance? We will be happy to assist.
