How can I create multiple blocks in the same form

Hi,

We are planning an event as follows. An event that you only can sign up for once, choose from 15 different days and 4 different times each day. There are limited spaces. So we need a system that closes for each time and each day when fully booked.

Can this be done in JotForm using on singel form?
