Can I use a form for PayPal's recurring payments feature?

Is there a way to integrate a paypal checkout page into a form that allows customers to enter their card information for a recurring payments profile? We already use PayPal recurring payments feature but have always manually created a profile for each customer. 

Recurring payment feature is available using PayPal payment integration.

Since you want to apply credit card payment option in the PayPal payment integration, you should use instead PayPal Pro integration. 

The standard/basic PayPal does not have credit card payment option.
