How can I pass the name field from one form to another?

Hi! I'm trying to pass name and email from this the end of this form

The email pass works, but the name does not. 

I looked up the name and ID, and I think I am formatting it correctly, but something is wrong... 

my link looks like this:

I have been inspecting the URL you have provided and I can see you are using some incorrect values: 

https://form.jotform.us/72187866522162?session={email}&pleaseConfirm50={pleaseConfirm23}&pleaseConfirm[first_47]={pleaseConfirm:first_22}&pleaseConfirm[last_47]={pleaseConfirm:last_22} 

Do note that it's not required to add the "_11" which is the field ID, you could only use the "last", example: 

https://form.jotform.us/72187866522162?session={email}&pleaseConfirm50={pleaseConfirm23}&pleaseConfirm[first]={pleaseConfirm:first}&pleaseConfirm[last]={pleaseConfirm:last}
