Upgrade our account to silver

    I'm having trouble upgrading our account to silver. We would like to upgrade right away if possible and I received a message there was a problem doing this online and I needed to reach out to you.

    I checked your account and it is subscribed to the Bronze Yearly plan. Are you trying to upgrade for Silver Yearly or Monthly?

    To upgrade your account, please log in to your account and click this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    After that, choose the Payment Schedule and Payment Method. Check the "You agree to our Terms" and click the Upgrade button.
