Email notifications not being received, need to get access to the account to check the form.

    I am the website manager for Crystal Springs Builders, I tested the form on our site and did not receive an email with leads to the email I was told they came. This is concerning cause the old website manager left and went to our competitor.

     

    I have no login for Jotform, but it looks like a cool platform to play with. can we get in touch and figure out how to get me into this form and figure out why we are not receiving leads???

    I found a jotform embedded on the following page of that site: http://www.crystalspringsbuilders.com/nj-resort-community-contact 

    That form is hosted in the account username: cfarlow

    The email address registered on that account is: cfarl**@t***irect.com

    If you have access to that email address, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link when attempting to log in to the account, enter the username, and the reset instruction will be sent to that registered email address.

    On regards of notifications not being received, the reason is due to bouncing issue:

    We have removed the recipient email addresses from our bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    Please check the spam folders, if you find the notifications there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM.
