i am glad to be here but i am facing trouble to never get any email of my enquiry form from FAcebook to direct in my email address i hope there will a solution for it

The notification email in the form is configured correctly. The emails are also sent based on our email log. It looks like the emails are filtered as spam to your end. Please check that and make sure to mark all emails related to Jotform as not spam. This is important so to tell your hosting provider that Jotform is safe, and so you will receive the future emails straight to your inbox.

I would also suggest doing the following:
1. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. If you have the option to add a safe domain, please add jotform.com.
2. Whitelist our list of IP Addresses and Sending Domains. You can find our list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
