Hello, thank you for your excellent service. My account has reached over quota but I can not update it because in Venezuela we do not have normal access to payment with dollars or other foreign currencies

I checked and your account is overlimit because of the Form Views. For the Free accounts, the limit is 1,000 Form Views per month and your forms were viewed 1,038 times this month.
You can upgrade your account to increase this limit and to enable your form. More about the different account types and limits, you can find on our pricing page. There are several methods to upgrade account. You can use a credit card, paypal or Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer.

Considering that you are a long time user you have one more option. You can enable a JotForm footer. If you enable a JotForm footer you will have unlimited form views. This can be done on the settings page.
