Now downloading PDFs is not working

Trying to download PDF sets of my forms.  Tried to download 1 form in PDF.  Says "download complete" but won't give me an opportunity to name the file.  Can't find the dowloaded file.  Working fine 20 minutes ago.  Not not working.  

This is unacceptable.  Big job.  13000+ forms/submissions and trying to get them out the client as PDFs.  This has to work. why is it sporadically working?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

Do you mean to say that you are trying to download one submission in PDF or you are downloading all the submissions of this form? You seems to have 14695 submissions in form and I would suggest you to partially download the submissions based on the date range.
