Do this one still work - https://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data
I tried it and it doesn't seem to work.
I'm also looking at this option (https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters) but pre-populating using the URL parameter seems too much work especially if you have hundreds of data.
I'm talking about this form https://form.jotform.com/72390546785972
When user will click on the REGO, it will populate the rest of the fields. But in this example, I only have 3 options. I want to have let us say 50 options. How to make that easier?

The Import Data app will import the data as submissions, but cannot be loaded when your users are loading your form.
I would recommend you to instead use the Spreadsheet to Form widget which will allow you to achieve exactly what you're looking for.
Please find the widget here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/spreadsheet_to_form
Here is also a guide that will help you to implement the widget on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
I hope this helps.
