    What do you mean by "Individual label widths are also not reflected when I preview the form"? I just cloned your form, and the edit view looks the same as the live preview. Please share a screenshot to illustrate better what you mean: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    Default form styles have higher priority, to fix this add the !important statement to your CSS:

    #label_313 {
    width : 350px !important;
    }
