How to update incorrect details from the submitted form?

I recently created a wish list for my school and my cell phone auto corrected my full name for my school. Is there any way to fix this? The school name should be Goddard School of Novi 2 not Alexis L Obermiller. If I need to resubmit the wish list with the correct school name I can do that as well.
