Jotform submission not working

Good afternoon,

We have a link from our website that directs people to a jotform form to register for a class we provide. We have had a few complaints that people are unable to register for classes lately so i tested it out and it is not working for me either. 

When you fill out the form and hit the submit button the form is then supposed to send the submitted info to jotform and direct people to paypal for payment. however when i hit submit the form sent me to a paypal error saying try again later and none of the information i had put into the form was anywhere to be found on jotform. 

Please advise if you have any idea how to fix this issue.

I did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I got redirected to PayPal page. Here's the screen animation of my test submission:
