Is there a way to stop the form from being emailed to someone?

I am a health provider. I would like to create a form using this system, but I can't have it be emailed to me because of HIPAA. Is there a way to stop it from being emailed to me? I already have a copy going to my dropbox, but a copy still gets sent to my email account.
