As stated here, Google and Yahoo will limit senders who send more than 5000 emails a day IF their email account isn't authenticated as per spec https://support.google.com/a/answer/81126?sjid=1620505858590215947-AP&visit_id=638447729696622904-2811796989&rd=1#requirements-5k

my url didn't go through on my previous post. You can google "Requirements for sending 5,000 or more messages per day."

It's a pity that jotform doesn't have the capabilities yet to authenticate using DKIM and SPF

    Hi Westwick Farrow Media,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The 500 email limit mentioned on our Help page is for Free Google Accounts, as mentioned on this help page from Google, an error would appear if you send an email to a total of more than 500 recipients in a single email and or more than 500 emails sent in a day not limited to only sending email ending in @gmail.com or @googlemail.com

While the help page you mentioned is for email senders who are sending 5,000 emails per day specifically that are received by personal Gmail users or Gmail accounts that end in @gmail.com or @googlemail.com.

Currently, the only way to send emails using your email domain is by setting up an SMTP. Jotform does not have DMARC, DKIM, or SPF settings. You may need to add Jotform mechanisms to your SPF record. The better solution would be to utilize an SMTP to send your emails. This way, it is ensured that the messages will pass any checks.
