How can I allow submission without providing payment details

We offer the option of sending a check but folks are reporting they can't submit the form without entering a credit card number.

Unfortunately that will not be possible if you are using that widget. However, there are some workaround on this. One of it is by using Purchase Order instead of Square widget.

You can then integrate different types of payment depending on customers preference.
