JotForm branding still showing after upgrading to Bronze

    Hello,

     

    I've upgraded to the Bronze level and upon completion of my forms, there is still jot form advertising seen on the forms. Why is this continuing to occur if I'm paying for the service?

    From the account settings page, uncheck the option to add JotForm branding:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    This should remove any remaining branding.

    You may also need to manually remove the branding from the body of your email notification or autoresponder emails:
