Auto responder is still coming form Jotform and noreply email

    Hey can someone help me - not sure why the details I have entered into the email section are not working?

    Because I want the auto responder email to come form me and be able to reply straight to me

     

    Have checked blocked list and have run test emails

    The test emails are being emailed with standard email settings. It means that you will need to submit a real submission to test the email delivery.

    I have submitted your form and received the email from your sender.

    That's great that's worked now on your end thank you, now the only other thing is I didn't receive your order on my email? 

    Im set in there as a notification email

    Please check a Junk/Spam folder. Since the email was emailed from our server rather than outlook server, there is a high chance that it was placed to the spam. However, in my case the autoresponder was delivered directly to the inbox.

    Your own SMTP Sender is usually more preferred when you would like to send the messages from your sender:
