I lost my customers addresses after modifying my form and I need to retrieve those

I modified one of my forms and, as a result, lost the customers addresses that were originally gathered on the form. Is there a way to retrieve those addresses?

Please note that deleting a field will also delete its data. If you like to change the field, better make it as not required then hide in the form. Or, keep a backup first by downloading the submissions.

To retrieve, please try reverting your form to an earlier version through the revision history.
