Not able to create forms as a sub user account

    My account is showing up as a free account, but should be listed under Jenell Puett's Silver account as a sub-account. I am unable to create more forms due to the free limitation and need help getting this resolved.

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    I checked your username dheim and I see that is indeed currently under FREE plan. Please take note that even though you are a sub-account under a paid plan SILVER(jpuett account), your FREE account will still be using the account usage limit to that of your account.
