How can I upload photos that have been attached to a form

I clearly am not doing or did not do something correct when I created this form.  I cannot open photos that have been attached to our report form.  Here is the link to the form: https://form.jotformpro.com/53398068860972

Please note that the files uploaded through the computer option are stored up to 30 days on KloudLess, this information is placed on the widget's description: 

Note: Files that are uploaded using the "Computer" option will be kept for 30 days, unless a Kloudless App ID configured for the widget

I would instead recommend you to use the JotForm file upload field to store the files on your JotForm account.

Hello Lynette,

You can replace your file upload field in the form, with a regular one.

However, before you do the actual replacement, please take note that this field and your existing upload field are different entities, meaning by replacing the field, you will lose the associated and existing fields in your Kloudless upload field. So please make sure to get your files first before doing an actual replacement.
