After send the Form, this Information:
"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."Please help me, what is the Problem.

The mentioned error message is shown when you try to submit the form because the Unique submission feature is enabled on your form.
This feature is preventing multiple submissions from the same IP address.
If you want to disable this feature, you need to set Unique Submission option to No Check.
