How to customize the email sent via a Send Form action button?

Furthermore, I am seeking guidance on how to enhance the look and feel of a form that is sent using a button to pre-populate from an existing form. Specifically, I am referencing an example located at https://eu.jotform.com/tables/232672553056356, where I have integrated a column titled "Send 2024 Form." The intention is for this column to pre-populate the aforementioned form and subsequently send an email to the delegate.

Additionally, I am keen on customizing the content of this email to better suit our requirements.

    Hi Sunpreet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to be sure we're on the same page, do you want to customize the email sent to recipients when you use the Send Form action button from the Tables, as shown in the screenshot below? If that's the case, I'm afraid the Send Form action button on the Submission Tables does not allow you to edit the email template.

However, could you please confirm that this is what you were referring to? Also, please specify the type of customization you require so that we can forward it to our Developer Team as a feature request. Please keep in mind that the implementation of feature requests is dependent on both the demand for the feature and our developers' workload.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Yes exactly that, I would like to customise the logo and the send from details, i.e. email address and sender name.

    Hi Sunpreet,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
