Hi, I'm trying to edit a form however I keep getting the following error "Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't create your last question. Could you please refresh the page?"
I have tried cloning the form, but same problem.

I am unable to clone your form to test the issue you reported. When I try to clone the form blank screen shown.
Does your form has 20 pages? When I inspected your original form and your cloned form on your account I was only able to see the first page.
Are you able to see all fields inside of the Form Builder?
It seems we will have to escalate this issue to our developers.
Before we do that can we test the cloned form on your account?
Also what did you changed on your form when the error massage was shown for the first time?
You can try to revert your form to the previous version that was working properly.

I'm only able to see the first page on the Form Builder, I can see all the elements on the left hand side, but when I click on any of the options it brings up that error message.
The form should only have 2 pages, the last change i made as delete some fields and alter a payment option. After that the second page was no longer visible, and any additional changes brings up that error message.
When I clicked on form revision history it didn't load any info.

Was the error caused by any of the changes made?

Based on my colleague's investigation, there was a field in your form that is as shown below.
The issue was fixed by my colleague when he removed that field.
