Preview PDF Button is not working

    we continue to get the attached image error on our form. This is how we print the receipt for the customer

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your screenshot wasn't posted properly. Could you access this thread and post your screenshot in your reply as shown in the screenshot?

    I have cloned and reviewed your form and if I understand the issue correctly, you are referring to the button PRINT RECEIPT THIS BUTTON FIRST. If yes, I have tested my cloned form and I encounter this error message:

    Are you referring to this? If yes, I was able to resolve it by turning off the option Preview PDF Button, refresh the Form Builder page, and turn if on again. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Submit button to select.

    2. At the bottom of the selected Submit button, click on the Gear icon.

    3. On the right panel, go to Advanced.

    4. Turn off Preview PDF Button.

    5. Refresh the browser tab.

    After you have refreshed the Form Builder page, turn back on the Preview PDF Button option.

    I am again having the same issue with printing the pdf for my several jotforms. Last time it took developers to fix the issue. Please look at the thread above

    I just checked out your form, and I was unable to replicate the issue as shown in the screenshot.

    Could you share with us a screenshot of the browser console log, when you encounter the issue? Here's how to do it:

    1. On the page with the issue, click on the right mouse button.

    2. Select Inspect.

    3. Go to Console.

    We also have a guide about How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers that you can check out. As an additional measure to resolve this issue, I have cleared your form cache.
