How can I create a form that auto populates other form data in email

I am trying to figure out a way I can fill out a form created by jotform that then sends an email with another form linked in it and autopopulate the data from the first form into the second form when I click on it in the email.

You seem to have created the URL parameters already. If you still need help with it, please provide us the first and second form then the fields that need to be passed. We'll help you configure the URL.
