I want to downgrade my account from Bronze to FREE

    You seems to have upgraded your account to bronze yearly subscription which was paid through PayPal account and it needs to be cancelled from your own PayPal account.

    Hi I do not have any paypal payments going to you and I have not had any. I
    have previously paid Brian Stamper for my jot forms fees. I need to totally
    separate the America's Majestic Miss account from his account and use my
    free account. Can you help me with this?

    It seems your account username was changed to "americasmajesticmiss" from "SpiritofGeorgia" which was paid through Paypal account. 

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
