I have just checked the recipients of your form and I can see emails are sending without any problem, I would recommend you to please check your spam/junk folder, if you find the emails there, then marking them as not spam should help you to receive future emails in your inbox folder.

Also, if you keep experiencing problems with your emails, please try setting up a custom sender using the SMTP method, this way you will use your own mail server info so emails should not be blocked: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
