Package options

Hi,

I created an application form with the filed client need to choose the suitable package from various options. In test email I can see that chose option is visible but not the general title for the Package (oh difficult to explain..). See 

To my understanding, your client needs to choose a package from various options. In your test email, you can see that the option is visible but it is different to the package. 

If you want to test your form submission, please manually fill up your form and click the Submit button. 

I did a test submission to the form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/72616944484365), could you please check if the issue still persist?
