Purchased Product is Blank on Tables and Inbox

    I currently have a form that I am using to collect information for photography. That form is here:

    I have blank entries for "My Products" which tells me what they ordered. This should not be the case.

    I have attached an example. Katie Farley ordered 2 items. Both magnets for two separate dance classes.

    You can see that the 2nd row is blank for the product listing.

    However when I check Square, it shows she paid for both of them:

    I need to know ASAP what is happening, and if this can be fixed. I see that 151 submissions out of my total forms are blank. I will have no idea what these customers ordered. It seems to all be the first ones that we're ordered from February (the first orders to come in) are being blanked out.

    Hi Jordan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. Can you send me the Submission ID where the product is not showing, so I can further investigate? In addition, I noticed that your My Products is not set as Required. Keep in mind that not setting the Product List field as required will allow your users to skip the field can submit the form.

    There's a possibility that your customer might have skipped this field when she/he filled out the form again. To avoid this from happening again, I would suggest setting this field as required. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the gear icon of the Product List field.
    2. Under the General tab, toggle On the Required option.

    I fixed the required by selecting that option.

    Here is one ID that is NOT blank and working correctly:

    The strange part is, all of the ID's that are showing blank had the products listed before. It's like the system is removing an older order's "My Product" column when a newer one is submitted.

    I know the customer did not skip the My Products when comparing the Jotform to my Square history.

    Here is an example of 3 orders submitted by one parent:

    All of those entries are blank for the My Products.

    Here are the same 3 entries reported by Square:

    You can see that they did in fact select what they wanted in Jotform, the purchase was complete in Square, however the "My Products" column is still blank in Jotform.

    I have to start this photography job at 4PM EST leaving me only 3 hours to fix this issue or I'm going to have a major problem on my hands! Please help!

    Forget about it. I have added an extra column and cross referenced the information that is missing from the Jotform on Square to add back in the orders. Please do not do anything else that will further mess up the form.
