I upgraded my account but it is still showing as over limit

    Hi!


    I recently upgraded Jot Form and it is saying that it is out of space. I don't have any submission in it at all. Can you please look at it?

    Storage subscriptions only allow for an increase in submission storage, not if file storage.  In any case, I checked your file storage numbers and they did look to be incorrect.  I updated the file storage and the correct total should now be shown.  I also restored the submissions that were being hidden due to being over limit.

    If you have deleted forms, they will still be taking up space unless they are purged from the trash.  Here is our guide on how to restore deleted forms:

    If you click on Purge instead, the form will be full deleted.
