How to add a grid and allow users to dynamically add rows?

    Hi

I want to create a form to capturing billing adjustments that need to be actioned.

I would like a table to capture the details like this

    Date               Charge id           Description              Amount

Multiple records may need to be added so having the ability to use a + button to add rows would be ideal.

When the submissions are recorded it would also be good if these showed as individual lines rather than stringing in the same field but if that isn't possible I'm sure I can build a macro if they are separated by a ; or something.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Configurable List", "" or "Matrix Dynamique" widget which will allow users to duplicate the rows dynamically.

Please note that submissions of any question or widget will be saved in one single column. You can download the submission data in excel and manually separate it based on your requirement.
