I do not receive the email to reset the password.

Your email address is not on the bounce list. I checked the email logs and I can see that the password reset email was sent successfully.
I requested for another password reset email to be sent to you. Please check your Spam folder or Junk mail if the email is not in your Inbox.

I checked the email history logs and I can verify that the email was sent normally. Here's a screenshot:
I have tested the tool using my test account and I received the password reset email instantly.
Have you tried checking your Spam folder or Junk Mail?
