Form submission notifications not being received.

    the submission from our form - http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/22396624662964 - are not being received.

    they're in the Submissions list, but aren't being sent to the forms2@tcwcadmin.com email address.

    The reason why you were not receiving emails is due bouncing issues, that recipient was found in our bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    Please make sure to check your spam folder, if you find notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
