Please check your spam folder, it could be that some notifications have landed there, and that is causing the bouncing. If you find any notification in your spam folder, mark it as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
