How do I retreive lost submissions on my form?

Hi

my email id in my profile (name:nalkat) says is in bounce list, i did change to new email id , but i could not read a submission made on my form during this period, 

still one or two submission remains un read, how to retrieve these submissions  during this  (Bounced list - email ) period.

If the email was in the Bounce list then you will not be able to receive those emails to your email. But you will be able to view submissions in your submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
