Submit Button Won't Work on Mobile Device

    Hello,


    I have embedded a form we created here:

    We received some feedback from a potential registrant that the form was not working correctly on an iPhone. I am not sure exactly what the problem is as we have had successful forms on a desktop.


    We received the screenshot I have added below from the registrant and were hoping that you could help discover what the issue may be. He said that after clicking submit, the page freezes and does not seem to actually submit.

    I test your form using mobile browser but so far it works on my test.

    However, it is possible that some users have different experienced.

    I suggest you also try first re-embedding the form on your website using instead the iframe publish code of the form.

    Let us know if issue persist even after doing this already.
