I upgraded to my account but form is still showing "Over quota" error message.

    I used jot form from 2013 to 2014 and then went away due to errors and complications. Now I again joined with the same account and paid 5$ per month package but still it says upgrade your account and it is not accepting data stating over quota :-S

    I did test your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit your form successfully and it did not display any form over quota error message. Please check the screenshot below:

    It seems you have upgraded your account to storage plan. Please note that storage plan only gives you unlimited submission storage space but does not increase your submission or uploads limits.
