My form is not loading properly when being filled out.

    I am getting complaints from clients that they cannot fill out the form without it reloading on them.


    "Hey! The music planner is being a little glitchy. I can't even get through typing my last name without it giving me a loading sign. I've been able to copy and paste most things but just so you know, it'll let me type about three letters (four if I'm lucky) and then it has to load again."


    How do I fix this?

    I got to fill it without the need to reload the form. Please try clearing your forms cache, let us know if that helps: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache 

    If that is not he form you are referring to, please let us know which one is, so we can test it.

    I did check your form and found that you have added 1219 questions and also enabled the "Continue Forms Later / Auto-fill" setting. Please note that auto-fill setting saves the input data every few seconds in browser cookies. Since you have 1219 question in form, auto-fill setting will write all the form field's data in browser cookies which is causing this issue.

    I would suggest you to please disable "Continue Forms Later" setting of your form and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
