Can form be sent back to submitter for correction?

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage our "Edit Link" feature which will allow users to edit their own submission data.

    Can the "Edit Link
    " be added to the reply e-mail from the submissions page?

    Unfortunately it is currently not possible to dynamically add edit link when you reply to submission. You need to manually copy the submission ID and build your own edit link. Please check the screenshot below how to do this:
