Currently, we have not received any similar reports. As I check the submission receipt time and email sent time from the email history log, there is only a difference of 20 seconds. You may also check the email history log right from your account by following the guide below:
However, the issue might have occurred due to the email queue from either of the email servers. Please check if you are still experiencing any issue with the notification on any other form and let us know so that we can take a look again for you.
